Chicago interior design was in full swing as architects and interior designers flocked to the city in the 1920s.
This year, the Chicago Tribune reports, Chicago is home to just one house on its list of “Top Ten Interior Designers of the 20th Century” for their work.
The house in question is called The House in the Park, which was designed by architect and designer Walter B. Smith, who lived and worked in Chicago during the 1920’s and 1930’s.
Smith is known for creating beautiful, yet functional homes that feature a variety of materials and finishes.
This particular home, the Tribune says, is based on the design of a 1920s Chicago house.
Smith designed this Chicago house with a lot of elements from his own life, including a large living room, large kitchen, and a large study that was later used as a studio by Smith.
There are also windows overlooking a pond and gardens to look out over the lake.
The House in its Park home features a large master bedroom with a built-in fireplace and a master bath with two large bath tubs, as well as a large closet with a large fireplace.
The home is available for sale for $1,495,000, and Smith sold it in May for $800,000.
